Les travaux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9s entre 1904 et 1907 par l\u2019entreprise Construcciones Hidraulicas y Civiles, dirig\u00e9s par Eugenio Ribera Duaste, en collaboration avec l\u2019ing\u00e9nieur Julio Mart\u00ednez Zapata. Ces entrepreneurs avaient construits le Pont monumental de l\u2019Urum\u00e9a de St S\u00e9bastien, avec Mariano Benlliure, ami intime de la famille L\u00f3pez de Hered\u00eda Landeta. C\u2019est lui qui pr\u00e9senta Duaste et Zapata \u00e0 la famille.<\/p><p>La dalle en b\u00e9ton de la nouvelle cave est l\u2019un des premiers travaux en ciment arm\u00e9, de caract\u00e8re non public, r\u00e9alis\u00e9 en Espagne.<\/p><p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lopezdeheredia.destinoexterior.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/fbodeganueva.jpg\" alt=\"bodega vieja\" width=\"518\" height=\"345\" \/><span class=\"pie\">La Nouvelle Cave est l\u2019un des premiers coffrages en b\u00e9ton r\u00e9alis\u00e9s en Espagne (1904).<\/span><\/p><p><span class=\"ladillo\">Cave d&rsquo;\u00e9levage (de vieillissement)<\/span><\/p><p>La fa\u00e7ade ext\u00e9rieure, construite \u00e0 un niveau plus \u00e9lev\u00e9, a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7ue \u00e0 l\u2019origine par Julio Mart\u00ednez Zapata, mais n\u2019a jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 achev\u00e9e.
