La tour, bien s\u00fbr, caract\u00e9rise les installations de L\u00f3pez de Heredia depuis sa fondation, devenant ainsi un symbole, diffus\u00e9 dans le monde entier gr\u00e2ce aux \u00e9tiquettes de ses bouteilles.<\/p><p>Don Rafael a voulu donner \u00e0 la tour un double sens. Tout d\u2019abord, pour que le nom de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 soit visible de loin ; mais aussi pour servir d\u2019observatoire depuis lequel surveiller les vignobles et les conditions m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques.
